Justin Lee has the most creative clients! Ashely and Nic are the ultimate chameleons. First they look stunning in their Poncho Villa inspired attire (Nic actually has family members that were in the Poncho Villa crew!) They literally look like starlets advertising a new dramatic romance movie.

Then they changed to Ashleys more beachy vibe, which I have dubbed Gidget Glam. They look just as gorgeous with wind blown hair, tousled tresses and surfboards as they do strutting their dramatic Poncho Villa looks!

I am completely enamored by 18 year old aspiring fashion Photographer Simon Filip. I adore the effortless styling of the couple, the soft simplicity of the photos and the dreamy nature that emanates off of each one. The girl looks strikingly similar to Zooey Deschanel and the setting and styling provides the perfect inspiration for an engagement shoot.

Because of the lighting and magical quality of the glitter floating in the air above and the fluttering butterflies below, the shoot reminds me of having Sweet Dreams.

There would truly be no better or romantic way to end an engagement shoot than under the starry night in a glowing tent. Especially with both of your silhouettes emblazoned on the side in beautiful stark  contrast against the dark sky.

We love the timeless sophistication of their style, transporting us to bygone eras, set amongst cactus and the sprawling desert landscape. The couple oozes glamour and showcases their unique style with each ensemble change. From a sophisticated sheath dress and suit, to tees and jeans to finally good ol’ kickin cowboy boots.

And for the last ’shot’ of the day (NO PUN intended!) You can’t beat a couple with a good sense of humor!

Harrison of Harrison Long Photography sent over the most lovely engagement shoot of a radiant couple. He sent us some snippets of the actual album layout which not only showcases his ethereal photography, but also his creative album skills. He also shared some information about the delightful couple, Kimey & Victor who he had the pleasure of shooting.

“Spending an afternoon with Kimey and Victor is an instant pick-me up. They both are lively personas filled with vivacious banter. But don’t let the light-hearted jokes deceive you, once you get past the jovial behavior, you start seeing how giving of people these two are.  After catching a glimpse of their large hearts, it comes as no surprise to find out that both Kimey and Victor work in the medical field.  Their chosen professions mesh well with who they are as people and how they seek to give back in life.”

“Although their professions require mundane precision and uniformity, outside of work, Kimey and Victor could not be anything different.  They both enjoy exploring new restaurants, trying new foods and tasting new walks of life.  They are always up for a good adventure.  Their engagement session reflects their fresh personalities.  They spend a lot of time outdoors hiking and picnicking around their home area.

For their engagement session they wanted to do something that captured who they are as a couple as well as their love for the outdoors.  We headed out with picnic basket in hand and some board games to pass the time, ready to photograph their personalities.  Kimey and Victor are definitely the type of couple who enjoy the simple pleasures of life.  This couple is ready to share a lovely life together.”

Dancing on the railroad followed by orange covered kisses in the orchard with love ripe for picking…

frolicking in the field, bathing and laughing in the rays of sunshine…

“Mason and Cristi are head over heels for each other. We ventured to Los Rios St. and surrounding areas to capture their love story.., but for myself I am just an artist with a camera, a transplant from Montreal that loves to capture moments that exude beauty and passion especially in weddings and lifestyle portraiture.” – Pierre-Olivier Photography
