Onto stop number four on the Wine Trolley Express. Guests were now headed to the reception after the celebratory and fun filled day at stop number one (the Ceremony), number two (picnic lunch and games), and number three (the wacky wig wearing winery). For the final destination guests hopped back onto the trolley and made their way to the reception which was held on a patio overlooking the idyllic winery pond at sunset bringing the cool and welcomed breeze with it.

Tables were all set differently with contrasting tablescapes in an orange, pale aqua and brown color palette accented with hints of white and copper. We designed and commissioned custom owl centerpieces with glitter dusted white paper flowers, branches and hand thrown tree trunk ceramic bases.

For the wedding party’s table a birch branch ‘table forest’ was designed that held candles and floral arrangements. Napkins were wrapped in copper wire and leaf charms. Cozy white throws served as chair backs and gifts for the guests to take home.

We mixed both square and rectangular tables throughout the dining area. The square tables were layered with different patterned linens, vintage glass medicine bottles with simple stems set upon a modern wood board were set upon them.

The breezy dock had simple benches and seagrass ottomans for low lounge like seating framed by tall birch branch arrangements. We kept the dock design open and simple to infuse a bit of a modern feel, and so later it could be transformed into the dance floor.

As the sun started to set and the couple took more photos in the rolling vineyards and the guests began to dine.

The hilarious wine stickers continued to make an appearance.

The couple’s cake, disguised as a birch tree stump blended into a birch branch platform along side layers of cupcakes in a dessert floral forest, mirrored for a glam factor and set upon two wine barrels.

The buffet station was lined with white painted wine bottles that resembled wine labels, but were actually the catering signs! The wine/food labels announced the cowboy style feast for the guests who were served everything from wine trolley tortilla roll ups, bbq top-sirloin, and home style dinner rolls.

After dinner the guests were invited down to the deck lounge we furnished with benches and seating areas framing the dance floor. The photo booth served for many hours of fun and had custom signs such as “ I survived a Wine Trolley Wedding”, “I love Red Wine”, and “Dustin + Brittany sitting in a tree K-i-s-s-i-n-g” for the guests to playfully hold in their photos.

The groom excitedly held a ‘next stop maui’ sign (his honeymoon destination) as the guests danced and the night came to a fun filled end…

We had such a blast designing this wedding from start to finish. Starting with the ’save-the dates’, wedding invitations, and rehearsal dinner, to pioneering this multi-venue wedding, We loved being able to take the guests on an entire experience starting with that first save-the-date and seamlessly blending the design from there.
