Wine Trolley Wedding: Stop #2 and #3 – Picnic Lunch & Wig Wearing Winery
Filed Under Lollipop Events, Weddings
Back onto the wine trolley express after stop number one (the Ceremony), the guests made their way to stop number two for a picnic lunch, some wine tasting, bocce ball games and a wine cave tour. This stop was at gorgeous winery where we treated the guests to an organic boxed lunch on tables decorated with apple baskets and rustic linens looking over rolling vineyard hills. We kept the modern/vineyard feel by bringing the high gloss wine bottles to this location as well to maintain some design consistency throughout the different locations.

Soon delightfully competitive games of bocce ball ensued, while the women lounged around on picnic benches sipping cold glasses of wine.

The guests took a break from the heat of the day and enjoyed a wine tasting tour in the vineyard cellars.

Alllll abooooaaaaard the Wine Trolley Express!! And on to stop number three!
On the trolley the guests were greeted with custom maps of the day and ‘Wine Notes’ notepads to record their favorite wines to order and stickers with funny wine related sayings like “no wine-ing”, “i love red wine”, “wine-0-holic” and many more. Even the bride and groom had their reserved front row seats.
Onto stop number three to a wacky wig wearing winery!! For a comedic infused wine tasting at the third winery the guests were asked to wear wigs and silly hats in this carnival style fun house. Delicious wines were recorded on their ‘Wine Notes’ and games were played as the light mood of the day got everyone into the spirit.
After the third wine tasting the hilarious stickers such as “wine + me = fun” made appearances on the back of many unsuspecting guests. This day was really turning into a whole experience for everyone involved! And the guests soon boarded the Wine Trolley Express and were off to Stop #4 – The Reception…

Our wedding would not have been the same without Lollipop! I am still in amazement that you were able to capture our personalities so well, when all we gave you was colors and a few inspirations. I wish we could go back and relive this day!
What a fun wedding concept! Gorgeous picnic tables!
Thank you Lollipop Ladies for making this event a perfect day for my son and daughter-in-law. There was not a detail that was not thought of and everything flowed together so easily. Not to mention that there was no stress, everyone was relaxed and the decor was stunning!!!!

I love serving boxed lunches as well!
This was the best wedding I have ever been to, without a doubt! It was so dreamy and fun, I never wanted it to end. The bride & groom are such a gorgeous couple – inside & out. I’m glad that their wedding reflected them in every way. Lolliladies Rule!

wait… could there BE a funner wedding???
You girls have ROCKED it once again! GORGEOUS! My favorite (besides all the fun memories you created) are the lunch boxes, picnic meets chic. love.
This afternoon was amazing – it was 105+ degrees but there was something for everyone and each winery was unique. the box lunches not only looked exquisite (along with the tables, overlooking the vineyards) but they were delicious as well. Having a day to spend together was a gift that can’t be repeated. Awesome day and each event was special.
As a guest of this wedding, I must say, there was no detail left undone! It was a beautiful day with so much touch and charm!

Every stop was perfect and the lollipop ladies set the tone for each place we visited. I do have to say when we got to the reception…it was definitely out of this world amazing!! the details took my breathe away.
