San Luis Obispo held a special place in the couple’s hearts and made for a perfect launch pad for this “Wine Trolley Wedding”. Incorporating the couples love of wine, food and gorgeous Paso Robles vineyard lined landscape lead to the invention of this multi-stop Wine Trolley Wedding. As the wheels started turning and vendors came on board, the excitement grew as we realized we were pioneering this multi-venue traveling trolley event.

For the ceremony, we found a site on Robert Hall Winery that had never been used before, with an ancient oak framing the vineyard setting. The bride made a grand entrance by walking through a suspended ruffled pergola placed at the beginning of the aisle way instead of the traditional placement at the end of it. Grass sod covered in white petals served as the aisle way down to the lucky groom and was framed by white picket fences dripping with flowers and wine bottles painted in high gloss white for a modern spin on the vineyard setting.
Programs were printed directly onto brown paper lunch bags with the Apache blessing and filled with horns that said to “blow” and confetti that said to “throw”. The bride wore glamorous Christian Dior heels while the groom wore funky rock n’ roll Mark Nason cowboy boots with velvet accents!
Following the ceremony, the guests toasted the new couple that had their own colossal couture wine goblets, which served as their tasting cups for the day!

From the ceremony location and tasting toast, to a boxed lunch cave tasting, to a wacky wig wearing winery and ending up at a luxurious reception site, we realized that we had the opportunity to design four different unique settings! The trolley, the lunch and reception are coming up next…

What a beautiful couple! Love the ruffled pergola, the aisle way (simple yet striking)and the idea of so many different locations in one day. Too much fun!!!! Oh, and who would have thought of printing the programs on paper bags that contained “to blow” and “to throw” gadgets.
