Brrrrrrr! The weather outside is frightful, but the fire is so delightful,  it’s time to throw a soiree fit for a Snow Queen! Snowflakes, snow angels, and snow globes, December is here and it’s time to cheer! Set your festive feast amongst pale palettes of icy blues accented by pops of midnight black.

Tips on how to throw a Snow Queen Soiree!

1. Decorate blue candy canes with metallic sprinkles and call them “Candy Canesicles”

2. Place mugs of hot chocolate on ‘watch my drink coasters’, these little woodland animals will keep tabs on your tea!

3. Deck the halls with a winter scene complete with glittering gold deer and a DIY paper winter house (instructions via Twelve22)

4. Sip a cup of joe from a reclaimed mustache teacup in a soft winter pallette. (Doesn’t the mustache remind you of Santa?!)

5. Set a warm & modern winter table accented with pinecones to keep the woodland animals happy! (DIY via Project Wedding)

6. Dress the part! You are a svelte Snow Queen who reigns supreme over the Winter Wonderland feast. Wear a vintage ‘one thousand snows’ party dress sure to make any ice princess jealous!
